Denjong Charities is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to serving society and fostering inclusive development. Registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, with the Sub-Registrar in Gangtok, Sikkim (Registration No. 15), the Trust actively works to address key social concerns, including Art & Culture, Children’s Welfare, Education and Literacy, Vocational Training, and other charitable initiatives aimed at community upliftment.

Legal Framework

Denjong Charities functions within the legal framework of the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, and adheres strictly to principles of accountability, transparency, and public service. The organization maintains all statutory compliances, including possession of a valid Registration Certificate and PAN Card, reflecting its commitment to ethical governance and lawful operations.
